Blog closing...
This will be the last entry on this blog although this blog will not be deleted (not for a few months). I believe that pictures can tell so much more and so much richer stories than mere words ever can. And, it's usually more fun to take pictures than to write. For the next few weeks, watch out for a website where I will publish, not my writing, but my pictures. This blog had quite a good run and I'd like to thank those who read and shared their ideas, comments, etc...To my readers, you guys all ROCK, big time!

Okay I know I haven't been around or posted reactions (I like this term better than comments) on your the blog in a while but I still wouldn't want you to stop writing!
Love your Grand Canyon pics and enjoyed the story too!
Those macro shots are awesome! You have a good eye and are able to make very good compositions for macro shots so much better than wide-angle shots (for landscape, etc).
But okay sige if you really want to stop blogging and just concentrate on shooting, then I'll support you all the way!
Can't wait for that website. Hurry up building then.
You don't have to stop blogging. If writing becomes a dreary task, then post pictures instead. it'll be a lot less task to maintain than a website :p hehe. But a website full of pictures is very much welcome too.
I wanted to present the pictures in slide-show format so that people can enjoy the "viewing" process more. Plus, I wanted to show bigger versions of the pictures without having to click on the actual picture, which is something I can't do with this blog.
Besides, I totally enjoy building websites so much more than writing stories about my day-to-day activities.
sounds cool...re the photography website but i'll miss your articles. your blog is probably the only blog i read na hindi ako parang nagbabasa ng online diary.
I'm glad you feel that way about my blog because I don't. At least not lately. I've never written or kept a diary in my entire life but I do like to write short essays, anecdotes, and short stories (just no poems, puhleeez!). When I started blogging, I told myself this is never going to be an online diary narrating every single moment or every single emotion but lately it feels like I'm dangerously close crossing that line so I decided I'd stop now before I that happens. My friend Rob said maybe I'm just uninspired or bored or burnt out. I don't know maybe I am. Oh darn, here I go. Got to stop typing now...Watch out for my website. Hopefully I can find a really nice host and registrar company for it soon.
